Graphitized petroleum coke carburizer with high fixed carbon, low sulfur and high absorption rate - an ideal material for synthetic cast iron and carbon adjustment in the charge.

High-efficiency slag coagulant and deslagging agent with good spreading and strong slag-gathering ability. It effectively removes slag and inclusions from molten iron and steel, reducing slag-hole defects and improving casting yield.

Rare-earth magnesium ferrosilicon nodulizer for all types of ductile iron. It offers a stable nodularizing reaction, strong fade resistance, high nodularity and good spheroidicity.

Ba-Si, Ca-Si and Zr-Si series inoculants with good inoculation effect and long-lasting action. They effectively eliminate chill tendency, refine eutectic cells and improve the mechanical properties of castings.

Ferroalloys and pure metal charge materials including ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferrochrome, ferromolybdenum, ferrovanadium, ferrotungsten, ferroniobium, electrolytic cobalt, chromium metal, manganese metal and electrolytic copper. Used as deoxidizers and alloying agents in foundry production, with accurate composition and high purity.

Washed quartz sand, scoured sand, resin-coated sand, ceramic sand, resin sand and special sands such as chromite sand - complete grain sizes, low clay content, high refractoriness. Trial samples available.

Cold-box resin (two-component) and alkaline phenolic resin (ester-cured) with high strength, low gas evolution and controlled free phenol and formaldehyde. Supplied with matching hardener; trial samples available.

Silica-based and high-alumina dry ramming furnace lining materials with high temperature resistance, slag erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance, supplied with mica paper insulation. Suitable for medium-frequency induction furnaces melting gray iron, cast steel and copper/aluminium non-ferrous alloys.

Alcohol-based and water-based foundry coatings in zircon flour, graphite and magnesia powder series. Stable suspension, good brushability and high-temperature sand burn-on resistance; suitable for brushing, flow coating, spraying and dipping.

Exothermic riser sleeves, insulating riser sleeves and riser covering agents with high feeding efficiency and easy ignition. They significantly raise casting process yield and reduce feeding costs.

Silicon-carbide and zirconia ceramic foam filters with a full range of pore sizes and high hot strength. They effectively filter inclusions from molten metal and reduce slag-hole and gas-porosity defects.

Vermicularizing alloy, covering agent, desulfurizing agent, chromite sand and other foundry charge materials and consumables - one-stop supply to reduce your purchasing cost.
Selection is not about choosing the most expensive material, but the right one. Three steps: first define the material and operating conditions, then select melting and treatment materials, and finally match molding and pouring consumables.
Is the casting gray iron, ductile iron or cast steel? Medium-frequency or electric arc furnace? Clay sand, resin sand or lost foam line? Once these three are settled, the general direction of material selection is settled.
Choose the carburizer grade according to target carbon equivalent and sulfur/nitrogen limits; choose the nodulizer and inoculant combination according to wall thickness, pouring temperature and nodularity grade, allowing an 8-12 minute fade window.
Select sand type and resin system according to core complexity; configure coating, filters and risers according to hot spot position and mold filling requirements, covering the whole pouring and post-treatment process.

More than sample dispatch: from material selection and ratio design to comparative trial casting and defect diagnosis, we confirm performance with trial data before discussing volume supply.
Recommended grades and addition rates based on casting material, furnace type and sand conditions, including seasonal adjustment schemes for winter/summer curing and hardening speed.
Small-batch trials with your own sand and ratios, measuring key indicators such as carburizer absorption rate, resin sand tensile strength and gas evolution. Decisions are based on data, not guesswork.
We investigate material-side causes of gas porosity, sand burn-on, poor nodularization, chill and slag inclusion, and propose improvements. Technicians can be arranged for on-site support during material changeover.
Measured values of key indicators supplied with every batch - traceable and archivable. Jumbo bag, pallet and full-truckload / LTL shipping arrangements are designed around your unloading conditions.
