Key Product Notes
▍Alcohol-Based Coating
Using methanol as the carrier liquid, it self-dries by ignition after application, so it can be applied immediately after pattern stripping, shortening the closing cycle - ideal for workshops without drying facilities. After ignition drying, the coating has high strength and does not generate gas, and works well with furan resin and alkaline phenolic no-bake sands.
▍Water-Based Coating
Using water as the carrier liquid, it is environmentally safe and low in cost, used together with furnace drying. The coating is dense and firmly adherent. Zircon flour water-based coating has a refractoriness above 1800°C and is a common choice for the facing coating of large cast steel parts.
▍Application Process Support
Our coatings are suitable for brushing, flow coating, spraying and dipping. We can recommend the appropriate solid-to-liquid ratio, number of coats and drying parameters according to your sand type (resin sand / sodium silicate sand), pouring material and mold/core structure, and support sample trial verification.

Packaging, Storage & Transport
25 kg / 50 kg plastic drums with sealed lids. Store in a cool warehouse, protected from freezing and direct sunlight; keep water-based coatings warm in winter. Stir well before use.
