Carburizer
Graphitized petroleum coke carburizer with high fixed carbon, low sulfur and high absorption rate - an ideal carburizing material for synthetic cast iron.
Deslagging Agent
High-efficiency slag coagulant and deslagging agent with good spreading and strong slag-gathering ability. It effectively removes slag and inclusions and improves casting yield.
Nodulizer
Rare-earth magnesium ferrosilicon nodulizer with a stable nodularizing reaction, strong fade resistance, high nodularity and good spheroidicity.
Inoculant
Ba-Si, Ca-Si and Zr-Si series inoculants that eliminate chill tendency, refine eutectic cells and improve the mechanical properties of castings.
Ferroalloy
Ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferrochrome, ferromolybdenum, ferrovanadium, ferrotungsten, ferroniobium, electrolytic cobalt, chromium metal, manganese metal and electrolytic copper - ferroalloys and pure metal charge materials used as deoxidizers and alloying agents, with accurate composition and high purity.
Foundry Sand
Washed quartz sand, scoured sand, resin-coated sand, ceramic sand, resin sand and special sands - complete grain sizes, low clay content. Trial samples available.
Foundry Resin
Cold-box resin (two-component) and alkaline phenolic resin (ester-cured) with high strength and low gas evolution, supplied with matching hardener. Trial samples available.
Furnace Lining
Silica-based and high-alumina dry ramming furnace lining materials with high temperature resistance, slag erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance, supplied with mica paper insulation. Suitable for medium-frequency induction furnaces melting gray iron, cast steel and copper/aluminium non-ferrous alloys.
Foundry Coating
Alcohol-based and water-based foundry coatings in zircon flour, graphite and magnesia powder series. Stable suspension, good brushability and high-temperature sand burn-on resistance; suitable for brushing, flow coating, spraying and dipping.
Foundry Riser
Exothermic riser sleeves, insulating riser sleeves and riser covering agents with high feeding efficiency and easy ignition. They significantly raise casting process yield and reduce feeding costs.
Ceramic Foam Filter
